COMPLETION CONDITIONS AND MODES |
The data contained in the estimate form are required for executing the pricing and completion date estimates. In the case of a client accepting the price and date, they are also used for executing transactions through the Internet as well as for the correct execution and delivery of the translation.
Order Acceptance Conditions
An order is accepted and sent-off for realization when:
- files for non-sworn texts must be saved in .jpg, .pdf, .doc, .txt or .rtf format.
- files for sworn texts (scanned documents) must be saved in .jpg or .pdf format
- mail together with attachments must not contain viruses and suspiscious files (eg. .exe).
- the content of the files must be readable, in the case of scanned documents all stamps and handwritten text.
Completion modes and dates
Standard mode: translation of up to 5 pages within 24 hours upon order payment.
Express mode: translation of more than 5 pages per day or completion on the day of order payment.
The day on which a translation is sent to a client through e-mail is the day the contract is acquitted. Sworn translations are sent by registered mail in the form of a print-out boasting the translator’s signature and stamp. The day the letter is sent is the order completion date.
