There are no hidden fees in our price list. You
only pay for the translation. The only extra charge
is incurred in the case of
express translations.
Translations, prices per 1
billing page.
1 billing page = 1800 characters in an ordinary
or specialist translation. Other agencies usually use
ratios of 1500 or 1600 characters per page. A statutory
billing page of a sworn translation numbers
1125 characters per page.
Note: Customers from outside of Poland, from other
European Union states do not pay VAT. Customers from other states pay 23% VAT.

Sending a sworn translation by registered post – free Within the territory of Poland, for translations of at
least 3 pages.

We offer discounts for regular customers and
large orders.
Regular customers can pay by bank transfer.
Prior to high-volume print, it is necessary to perform
final proofreading after the text is set at the
printing house (when every letter counts) – the price is
50% of the price for the translation.
Translations to be picked up on the day of the order
or exceeding
5 pages in length are considered
urgent (express mode) - which incurs an extra
charge of 50%.
LEAD TIMES:
Translations English, German, French and
Russian from/into Polish are due on the following working day (provided
they do not exceed 5 pages). We do our best to deliver
translations from/into other languages in one day, too.

services of a sworn translator (Journal of Laws No 15 of
